A freshly renovated bungalow in Lansing’s up-and-coming REO district, just minutes from Michigan State and a quick hop to I-496. It sleeps six and works equally well for a game weekend, a work trip, or a longer stay while you’re in town.

Step in through the covered back porch and you’ll find an open kitchen that flows into the dining and living area up front. Both bedrooms sit off to the side, each with a 12-inch cooling memory-foam mattress and blackout curtains for a solid night’s sleep.

Why this spot works

You’re close to the things that bring people to Lansing. Campus is about a 10-minute drive, and general MSU game parking is roughly 4 miles away — easy in and out on game days. You’re also about a mile from I-496, which gets you anywhere in the area fast, including a 15-minute drive to the Ultium plant.

Mornings are easy here too. The heated front porch has a couple of chairs and a small table — a good spot for coffee and a book before the day gets going.

Good to know

The laundry is in the basement. It’s a Michigan basement, added after the house was built, so a few spots under the HVAC ducts are only about 5’10” — watch your head.

No parties or events. We keep this quiet and comfortable for guests and neighbors.

Non-smoking throughout. No cigarettes, vapes, or any smoking indoors.
